Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Softoryx Global ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Softoryx Global provides software development services including, but not limited to:

• Custom web application development
• Mobile application development
• Cloud infrastructure and deployment
• UI/UX design services
• DevOps and infrastructure management
• Technology consulting and strategy

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
• Respond to communications and provide feedback within agreed timelines
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials provided to us for the project
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom-developed code and materials created specifically for your project will be transferred to you, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in the project remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms, amounts, and schedules will be specified in individual project agreements.
• Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise specified.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business plans, technical specifications, source code, and any other sensitive materials. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee that software will be completely free of defects. We provide a reasonable warranty period for bug fixes as specified in individual project agreements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Softoryx Global be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. We will deliver all completed work and materials to the client within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
